Facts of the Case:
The State alleged that our client was involved in an incident where his truck was used to drive by an acquaintance's house and shoot the acquaintance’s vehicles and home with a BB gun. Our attorneys got in contact with the State and argued that our client had nothing to do with the incident, despite his truck being used. The State was persuaded and did not pursue the charges.
