Facts of the Case:
The State alleged that our client was driving recklessly and crashed into a Wells Fargo building, causing over $10,000 in damage. Our attorneys were able to negotiate a resolution where the charge would be dismissed if our client completed a driving improvement class and some community service hours.

Charge dismissed.
