Facts of the Case:
The State alleged that our client was found to be in possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia after being pulled over for running a stop sign. Our attorneys were able to negotiate a deal with the State wherein our client would have the charges dismissed upon completion of a Level One diversion program.
Case Result:
Charges dismissed.
