Facts of the Case:
The Stale alleged that our client was found to be in possession of cannabis and paraphernalia when officers were investigating a suspiciously parked vehicle. Our attorneys were able to negotiate a deal with the State wherein our client would have the charges dismissed upon completion of a Level One diversion program.
Case Result:
Charges dismissed.
