State v. D.M.
Facts of the Case:
The State alleged that our client crashed into another person’s property while driving under the influence, and further alleged that he had in his possession cocaine and a prescription pill without a prescription. Rather than risk a conviction to one of the felony charges at trial, our attorneys were able to negotiate a deal with the State. Our client pled no contest to the DUI charge, a misdemeanor, and the two felony drug possession charges were dismissed.
Case Result:
Cliennt pled no contest to DUI and the felony drug charges were dismissed.
