Facts of the Case:
The State alleged that our client had been driving with a suspended license. Without taking the case to trial, our attorneys were able to get the charge dismissed. Additionally, our client had been issued several traffic citations, all of which were dismissed by the judge.
Case Result:
Charge dismissed.
