Facts of the Case:
The State alleged that our client crashed into another vehicle while driving under the influence. Our client blew a 0.00 on the breathalyzer, so our attorneys knew the State’s ability to prove the case would hinge on a pending urinalysis test, and immediately demanded a speedy trial. With the trial approaching, and the urinalysis results still pending, the State decided it could not win at trial and dismissed the charge.

Charge dismissed.
