State v. B.B.
Facts of the Case:
The State alleged that our client was involved in an incident with a motorcycle gang, and that when responding to the incident police found a firearm, several knives, methamphetamine, and paraphernalia on his person. Our attorneys were able to get the State not to file two of the weapon charges, but the rest of the charges were filed against our client. Ultimately, though, we were able to get the remaining charges dismissed without even going to trial.
Case Result:
All charges were either not filed or dismissed.
