Facts of the Case:
The State alleged that our client showed up at an ex-girlfriend’s house to confront her, and in the course of doing so threatened to kill her, sexually assaulted her, and choked her. Our attorneys uncovered evidence strongly suggesting that these allegations were entirely fabricated, which they sent to the State. The State never filed charges.
