State v. R.M.
Facts of the Case:
The State alleged that our client got into a physical altercation with his wife during which he grabbed her by her hair and restrained her. The State further alleged that when law enforcement came to our clients house in response to the incident, he was uncooperative and resisted arrest. Our attorneys were able to get in contact with the State before the formal charging decision was made, preventing the charges from ever being formally filed.
