State v. A.B.
Facts of the Case:
The State alleged that our client elbowed a coworker who was eight months pregnant in the stomach. Our attorneys were able to get in contact with the State before the formal charging decision was made. After some back and forth, our attorneys were able to arrange a resolution where the charge was never formally filed.

No charge filed.
