Carine L. Jarosz graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2004, with awards in Employee Benefits Law and Criminal Procedure and membership to the St. Thomas Law Review. While in law school, Ms. Jarosz was involved in St. Thomas' trial practice and clinic programs. Prior to attending St. Thomas, Ms. Jarosz received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management in 2001.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Jarosz served the Volusia County area as an Assistant State Attorney with the State Attorney's Office, Seventh Judicial Circuit for over six years. After spending thirteen months in the misdemeanor division, Ms. Jarosz was promoted to the felony division, where she prosecuted and tried various cases including homicides, manslaughters, violent offenses, drug charges and a variety of high profile cases. She was eventually assigned to the Special Prosecutions Unit, where she prosecuted and tried habitual offenders and prison release re-offenders.
Wanting to expand her practice areas, Ms. Jarosz joined the firm in 2011 to handle cases involving family law, immigration and estate planning matters.
Ms. Jarosz is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar, as well as the Volusia County Bar Association and the family law section of the Volusia County Bar Association.
